Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in advance and in writing, the following Terms & Conditions apply. Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account. Cabio Limo LLC accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Checks or cash may also be accepted, subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes. Additional ID verification may also be necessary.

  • 5% VAT will be applied.

  • A minimum of 10 continuous hours of service is required for any trip outside Dubai/Sharjah limits (e.g., Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, etc.).

  • Cancellations made within 8 hours prior to the service and no-shows will be charged in full.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles as per RTA rules. Any violation is liable for a penalty of AED 1000/-, to be paid by the hirer/client.

  • Credit cards accepted: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, and PayTabs.

Cancellations & Changes

Cabio Limo LLC understands that cancellations may sometimes be necessary. Unless otherwise agreed or provided in writing, the following applies:

  • We generally accept cancellations without charge 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Cancellation policies may vary based on local conditions (e.g., weather), event type, vehicle type, and market area.

  • Time changes made with less than the required notice may result in additional or full charges. For example, requesting a pick-up time change from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1:30 PM will result in full charges for the original booking and a new charge for the updated booking.

Special Events & Peak Demand Rental Times

Special events and peak demand periods may dictate premium pricing, higher hourly minimums, multi-day minimums, and extended notice for changes or cancellations. Vehicle availability may be limited, and additional vehicles may be required to meet demand.

No-Shows

If you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office immediately at +971 4 385 8433 to avoid a full-charge “no-show” fee.

Email Communication

We accept reservations, changes, and cancellations by email at info@cabiolimo.com with adequate notice. Although our services operate 24/7/365, requests sent after normal business hours or on major holidays should be verbally confirmed.

If you require attention in less than eight hours, please contact our office at +971 4 385 8433. For prompt processing, always send emails to info@cabiolimo.com, not individual staff members. If you do not receive email confirmation for new reservations, changes, or cancellations, contact us immediately.

Arrival Time

Cabio Limo LLC and its chauffeurs prepare in advance to avoid unnecessary delays in arrival time. However, road, traffic, and weather conditions may be beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals caused by such circumstances.

Baggage and Other Property

Cabio Limo LLC is not responsible for the handling or maintenance of baggage or other property or for items left in vehicles. We will make every effort to secure and retrieve belongings left behind. Please thoroughly check for personal belongings before exiting the vehicle.

Passenger Conduct

Cabio Limo LLC reserves the right to refuse service to individuals under the influence of or in possession of illegal substances, those excessively intoxicated, carrying dangerous items, or those behaving inappropriately. Minors are prohibited from consuming or possessing alcohol or illegal substances in company vehicles. Clients must not interfere with chauffeurs or tamper with vehicle equipment. Services may be terminated immediately in such instances, with no refund.

Excess Cleaning & Damage

If additional cleaning is required due to acts of the client or passengers (e.g., spills, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), Cabio Limo LLC will charge additional fees at its discretion. The minimum cleaning fee is AED 700/-. Damage to vehicles caused by clients or passengers will be charged in full to the client.

Smoking Prohibited

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any violation will result in a minimum charge of AED 700/-, plus any additional charges for damage caused by smoking.

Additional Charges

  • Wait Time: For airport arrivals, a 60-minute grace period is provided from the updated arrival time. Thereafter, wait time will be charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate. For other transfers, a 15-minute grace period is granted, with additional wait time charged at the hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

  • Stops: Extra stops, including additional airline stops, are charged a minimum of AED 50/- per en-route stop, which includes a maximum 10-minute wait period. Additional wait time is charged at the prevailing hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

  • Meet & Greet Services: Meet & Greet services are included in all airport arrival pickups.
